We've been looking for a snack recipe that's fun, easy, and requires minimal ingredients. Well, here it is! These are quick, super tasty, healthy, and even kid-approved. What more could we ask for? They are perfect post-workout, great in school lunches, and help give you that extra midday punch when fuel is low. We love that we can have the kiddos join the fun and help out. We hope these little nuggets will inspire happy healthy kitchen moments with your family.
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips or raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
Mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients and squish and roll into bite-sized cookie balls. Store in the fridge or freezer!
