We do not ship over-sized items internationally.
Shipping rates are calculated based on product weights. Large items, even if they are lightweight, incur higher shipping costs due to the volume of the shipping box.
Returns & Refunds
We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange.
All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box. Items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned.
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of item less the shipping unless the product is determined defective. Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade. The buyer is still responsible for return shipping if the item is being returned because sit does not suite a buyer's particular taste. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.

Batik is a traditional art of wax-resist dyeing on textiles that can be traced back to the 6th century in India. Artisans use wax to draw on fabric, rinse it with non-toxic dyes, dry in sunlight, and remove the wax to reveal unique textures within the hand-drawn patterns.

Meet the ArtisansThe umbrella NGO that employs these artisans provides sustainable employment to local youth and the batik production unit is the vocation and training arm. Women artisans do the wax drawings while men do the dyeing and washing. Both men and women stitch and finish the products. Artisans benefit from health care, transportation, food and refreshments, a clean, safe work environment, skills training and entrepreneurial development.
